Unvented Hot Water Systems Course
We deliver Logic’s Unvented course which is recognised by those Competent Person Schemes (CPS) approved to offer a self certification scheme under the Part G Building Regulation. The qualification enables installers of unvented cylinders to self certify the installation and have their CPS notify the local building control and issue a certificate of compliance to the householder.
Course Objective:
This course is aimed at experienced plumbing and heating operatives who require a qualification in the installation, servicing and maintenance of unvented hot water systems from 15 to 500 litres. The course has recently been updated in line with the Part G Building Regulation and also includes new information and guidance on accumulators.

Duration: 1 Days including theory, practical and assessment.
Location: Renewable Energy Training Facility – Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

Entry Requirements: Ideally, candidates should be experienced in the installation of domestic cold and hot water systems although those from other trades may wish to take this course. A basic knowledge of the Water (fittings) regulations is also desirable although this course is available separately.
