Management Skills
Working in partnership with the Academy at Cirencester College we have developed courses aimed at assisting adult learners in career changing or those already in the voluntary sector who want to get ahead. Step to Training is offering courses relevant to management within the voluntary sector to give you the skills to enter the industry. On successful completion of each of our courses you will receive an industry recognised qualification to help you find a job or add to your existing set of skills.
The Charity Academy was founded to address the education needs of those in the charity industry. The Academy has an advisory board made up of senior representatives from the industry including such names as Age Concern, RNIB and Severn Sound. Working in partnership with Step to Training they have developed a series of courses aimed specifically at improving the skills of those already in the charitable industry or those wanting to start a career in it.
Whichever course you choose it will be delivered by highly experienced tutors from the Charity Academy at Cirencester College. Cirencester College is a Centre of Vocation Excellence and one of only 28 colleges in the country to be awarded Beacon status.
