Working in partnership with the Academy of Finance at Cirencester College, we have developed courses specifically catered to the financial services sector to give you the skills industry needs. These courses can be an excellent entry into the industry or if you want to up-skill to improve existing prospects with your current employer.
The Academy of Finance was founded to address the education needs of those in the finance industry and to recruit new applicants into the sector who have both excellent academic qualifications and key skills such as communication and presentation which are highly valued in the financial services sector.
The Academy has an advisory board made up of senior representatives from the industry including such companies as Chelsea Building Society, St. James Place and Pro Insurance Solutions. As a member of this board Step to Training has been working with the Academy to develop suitable courses aimed specifically at improving the skills of those already in the financial services industry or those wanting to start a career in it.
Whichever course you choose it will be delivered by highly experienced tutors from the Academy of Finance at Cirencester College. Cirencester College is a Centre of Vocation Excellence and one of only 28 colleges in the country to be awarded Beacon status.
Finally, in addition to an industry recognised qualification on successful completion of a 5 week courses you will be offered a two-week unpaid internship to give you valuable experience in the industry.
