Construction Training Services
STS is our consulting arm, drawing upon our industry and educational expertise to help you develop structured training programmes for your employees. We will work with you to deliver accredited training programmes to give your employees the skills that they need to add value to your business. We will monitor the progress of the training and ensure evidence and assessments are kept up-to-date. In many cases we can also offer the services of qualified assessors so that a candidate can complete any required assessments when they return back to the workplace.
Employers are increasingly being called upon to provide skills training for their employees. At Construction Training Services we understand that this may not be your core business, so we will work with you to analyse your needs and develop and deliver the right courses to meet those needs.
